We are not in-network with any insurance company, but we are happy to help you by filing your claims electronically.
Insurance benefits vary by plan. Because of this, we may not know the details of your specific plan (i.e. percentages of reimbursement or specific treatments that are covered or not covered). Please check your insurance company prior to your appointment for details on eligibility and your plan’s specific benefits.
If you have BlueCross BlueShield or Delta Dental, you are responsible for the full cost of each visit at the time of service, as they will not pay us directly. We will submit the claim electronically for you to get reimbursed. For all other insurance companies, we will file the claim and you will be expected to pay your estimated uncovered portion at the time of service. Once the insurance company reimburses our office, if there is a balance, we will send you a statement in the mail. If there is a credit, you will be sent a refund check.
